Abortion

Which life is important for human being: extinct animal or human kind’s babies? Nowadays, human beings argue that must abortion be forbidden or not? We can easily find an answer for this question with only brain storm. If people think about their future and mind their baby, abortion, called murder by some people, must immediately be prohibited by the council of countries. I advocate that abortion must be banned for several reasons.

First of all, abortion is repugnant to the human rights accepted all over the world. In fact, life given by God is a gift for human being. Every human kind has the same right as a human being such as living in the world and using the same nature. Nobody has an authority to restrict or invalidate their rights in addition to removing this life from someone including their embryo. For example, like every mortal, my fetal has a right of living in the World because he/she is considered as a human. Think, if we give accidentally harm someone’s fetal, we have to compensate this damage. Moreover, if we intentionally kill their embryo, we can go to the prison in addition to giving compensation. Actually, although human beings are parents, they are not God. Therefore, they don’t behave like GOD called ALLAH in Islam. Well! What must human beings do? Undoubtedly, people only must take care of their children and raise them.

Second, abortion can lead to some psychological or mental disorders owing to the thinking about dead baby. In fact, killing someone is extremely awful; however, causing death of your baby is disastrous than the others one. This can give rise to accuse of mother herself. Hence, a mental disease starts to damage her sanity. Assuredly, we can easily see a lot of insane people killing their children with abortion in the hospital. Moreover, according to the expert of psychiatrist, this situation will go on for life. Besides, in the course of time, this condition will affect not only children and wife but also the whole family. Because of lack of mother and wife, a good family can easily ruin.  

Last but not least, because abortion is sin in the religions, we have to avoid this mistake. Every mistake causes ruining of the person and society. To tell the truth, this topic is not only religious but also social issues. Therefore, we have to notice about abortion to abstain gaining sin and causing social problems like legitimizing of killing. Actually, in the Koran and the other sacred books, Allah prohibited killing someone innocent including killing fetal. In addition, God accept killing a person like killing a whole humanity. Because of this, we have to be careful about our baby life if we don’t want to acquire a great deal of sin. According to the sacred books, if a person is not repentant with his sin and dies with faults, it can bring about going to the hell.      
In conclusion, we accept abortion must be forbidden because of several reasons. First, it is not compatible with the human right. Second, it can cause mental disorders. Third, it is regarded as a sin. To get rid of every bad consequence, countries must give up implementing of abortion. Finally, it will happen, hopefully.

Next ten years.

Having a plan about the future is important for human beings, isn’t it? Everybody lives with both his dreams and plans. I have a wonderful dream to fulfill in the next ten years. This is to complete my academic education which is crucial for my future project.  In fact, I want to be a professor in Islamic studies. In this blog, I want to talk about only two topics: the reason why is important to be a Professor in the Universities and how I will have this title.

Why is being a professor so important? First of all, it is my dream; therefore, I need to obtain my dream to satisfy myself. Second, actually, I finished my PhD theses in Islamic studies in 2008 and had a PhD degree in that year. Is this enough to be a real academician? I think acquiring a PhD degree is important for someone but not enough. It needs to be completed by writing some articles and books. So, I want to finish my academic education being professor. Last but not least, I want to contribute to the students by giving them knowledge and a different perspective in that area. Actually, I came to the USA to maintain my purpose. Now I am learning English, but learning English is not my main goal. I want to support my educational background by learning English. It is important for an academician to write an academic article in English. Moreover, researching in the USA has been enlarging my point of wives and has been contributing to my knowledge. To tell the truth, I want to convey this accumulation to the student to enhance their ability and talent being a professor.

How can I achieve my dream? No doubt, I need a lot of obligation to achieve my goal. First, I need to publish three academic articles and to write a book related to Islamic studies. Therefore, I wrote three academic essays which were published in the academic journals in addition to write a lot of regular articles. Actually, I am planning to write a book which is related to the Islamic studies. Nowadays, it is too early to write an academic book because I need to learn further and search about my major in libraries. Second, I have to pass the exam of associate professor to be a professor. This exam is too hard to surpass; therefore, I need to study a lot. Initially, I’m supposed to have the knowledge of my major. Besides, I have to take the English exam. In fact, I took this exam in Turkey in 2010. Finally, I’m expected to speak and to convict the jury of professors. Having finished my English course and researching in the USA, I am planning to study hard to take this important exam.  

In brief, I want to be a well-known professor in the next ten years. Therefore, I expect to fulfill my dream by studying hard. My studying and efforts show that I will reach my goal.

My Friends...

Being friend is extremely important for human being because people need to live with other people and enjoys sharing life with each other. Because of this, like everybody, I have a lot of friends of different categories. Actually, if I have enough time I’ll mention about all of my friends; however, I don’t have enough time to describe all of them. Therefore, I prefer explaining only three of the different categories: special interest friends, long term friends and best friends.  

First of all, human being can meet different type of people prefering doing some activities at the same facilities that they share the same activity. Sharing same place and doing same activity can give people an opportunity to learn a new personalty and allow people having new friends. I have a lot of special interest friends in different ways. For example, I recite Koran to the people in the certain meeting every important religious day. Moreover, I'm wrestler and enjoy wresting, especially Turkish traditional oily wrestling. During these celebration meeting, I met a lot of friends reciting Koran and doing wrestling from different country. When we came together, we shared the same place and same experience. You know, sharing and experiencing something with people can bring about a good friendship. Furthermore, reciting Koran together supports emotionally and spiritually this friendship since it is a religious activity. I love reciting Koran which is the last sacred book. Having recited Koran or wrestled, we acted together and ate at the same place. These contributed to our friendship a lot. That being friend and staying as a friend during whole life are important can give rise to establishing a good society which matters a nice relations.     

Second, having long term friends is important for people because they need this kind of relations. As a mortal and social alive I need this kind of frendship, too. Therefore, I have long term friends. The fact that I have a lot of long term friends gives me a great deal of confident and motivation. Actually, for being a long term friend a person has to experience an unusual event or a deep emotional moment. For example, I have a lot of long term friends whose personality are appropriate for me. Our friendship is persistent; however, we can’t meet every time. Elvan, one of my long term friends, is very smart and friendly. Once upon a time, we met him in middle school in 1987. At the beginning, I was afraid him because he has extremely huge body comparing with me. However, in course of time, we enjoyed coming together and became friend. In fact, it has lasted so far.

Third, the best friend is crucial for humankind since it allow them sharing secret information about their personality. I have a couple of best friends whose personality is opposed me. To tell the truth, they don’t resemble me in their character. In fact, they are calm and stable; however, I am a little aggressive and inconstant or unstable. Maybe, we are completing each other. When I come together with them, I feel comfportable and calm.  

In brief, I enjoy having three different type of friends: certain activity friends, steady and best friends.

Fatih Passive voice

I think the best innovation for human being is the invention of modern transportation means such as car, train, bus, and airplane. It’s accepted that these means of transportation had life made easier for human kind. So we can say it influenced our lifestyle and contributed to the life. In fact, it’s regarded as a main invention for social life. Think! If we didn’t invent the car or airplane, how can we travel or transport ourselves and our luggage to the remote destination?  Therefore I believe the best innovation for us is the exploration of modern vehicle. Today, we can go everywhere without thinking because it doesn’t last a long time to go from one country to another country by car or airplane.  I think using car is more common among the people than using bus, train, or plane because it’s not expensive and hard to use. Because of these reasons everybody can easily use car for traveling. I think everybody who has fairness can’t allege these inventions don’t make life easier. Transportation has been used by human being for many years. Before the invention of car, old hand-made car had been used for conveying by people. Actually, these cars were not comportable. In fact, modern vehicles have been considered as a big invention for many years.

The personality that I loves

I have an extrovert personality that loves to contribute to all people, enjoys to participate in social activities, and wants to learn a lot about his major and the other communities.  Therefore, I love a person who is socializer. That people are socializers are important for me and public for several reasons.

In the beginning, a person who has type b characters is not selfish. Actually, he is a very generous man to people. Because of this reason, he wants to be beneficial for the community that needs to improve himself for several aspects. For example, he doesn't hesitate to donate his money to the people who is poor. Moreover, he enjoy giving his interest to the people who is in need to the concern and his accumulation to the people who need this type of progressing. To tell the truth, his performings, all of which I appreciate, are very essential for the progressing of the community.

Second, type b person whose performing every body needs has a productive personality that generates all things which are necassary for the society. For example, a writer looks after promlems that are in his society. Therefore, he struggles to find out the reosons that lead to these faults. After that he interprets all of the causes that give rise to these deteriorations to solve his community problems. This type of personality that enjoys to live in society deserves all of the appreciations that people need.

Third, he enjoys to entertain the people who live in the community where everybody learn to live, make fun and consider other people. For examle, a talkative person who makes some talkshows entertain people with his show. Furthermore, a handsome man smiles everytime at the children playing in the street. In fact, I find myself in these behavior. I mean their performing makes me happier.

In brief, I'm a social person who loves society and people. Hence, I love the person who has type b properties since he is generous for the people, fertile for the community, and delight to amuse the people who need it. I think our society will quickly progress thanks to these type of people.

Movie.

Yesterday, we watched a movie including interweaving with Adele. According to the interview, I can struggle to write a couple of sentences about two main sections. Summary and Commend.

Summary of the Movie,

Adele was born in London. After finishing her high school, he was offered her first album by the music record companies. She started singing professionally, when he was eighteen. After that she got a great deal of reputation in the music area with her strong voice and interpretation.

She said, “I was born in London.” The interviewer claimed that she had a regular family, not famous family. She said, “I love music and writing the songs that are related to the love.” Interview said when she graduated from the high school; she was offered her first record. According to the movie, interview claim that she had a good voice that has influenced the majority of the UK. She said, “I madly in love with my boyfriend.” Also she claimed she had a large private house with its ten bedrooms, a swimming pool, and its large area. Interview said that she had some new furniture in her house. She said, “I preferred this extremely large house to protect my private life from the magazine or invader of private life.” She said, “I feel sometimes scare because my house is very big.” Interview claimed that she’d undergone a surgery. Also, she claimed that she has a very generous boyfriend.

My commend

I’m impressed by her extravagantly nice voice. She is very lovely and friendly woman. She also loves joke. Actually, she is happy and she loves her auditions a lot. However, her behavior is not as mature as adult women. She resembles a teenager with her simply behavior. I expect her to behave as a well-known singer. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find what I want. So, I’m a little upset now. Assuredly, her voice is extremely good. I want to say something about her house. She said, “I rented this house for avoiding rumors.” Maybe, she must give a great amount of money for her accommodation. As far as I concerned, she is generous women. She could prefer staying in a small house to avoid wasting money. In brief, she is very sincere woman.

Outcomes of the movie

We watched the movie about fast food in the class together. This movie was wonderful for me because it influenced me a lot. I learned from this long movie that we had to take care of our eating custom especially fast-food for several reasons. First, it has a great deal of fat; therefore, it gives rise to obesity. Second, it contains different harmful materials such as many dangerous ingredients like sugar and colorant. These hazardous substances cause diverse baleful consequences ranging from arteriosclerosis / hardening of the arteries to diabetes. Third, fast food can trigger heart disease and heart attack because of its contents.

I think this movie will be beneficial for humankind because it has a great deal of helpful knowledge about the fast-food and it’s dangerous. However, I thought this movie could annoy fast-food companies especially MC, Cola and Pepsi.

As far as I'm concerned, countries’ governments have to educate their citizens about fast-food dangerous. At least, they can show this movie to people who don't care about his nutrition. Besides, governments have to restrict selling of fast-food or obligate the companies to change their menu to the healthy food like vegetables and salad. If we don't make provision against this dangerous situation, humankind will taste it's extremely dangerous results because obesity, diabetes, and heart diseases are on the rise worldwide. Hence, we called it "an epidemic disease".

The Hidden Danger: Fast Food

Racently, people have been preferring fast food instead of traditional meals or just hot meals. Assuredly, everybody can choose his own menu because humankind are free. However, as a mortal, mankind must take care their health and nutrition when they eat something. The reason why is simple: Nourishment which is unhealty can give rise to many health problems such as diabetes, heart diseases, and obesite. Moreover, it can lead deathly results. Therefore, let me analyse this topic generally.
First of all, we have to argue why people prefer fast food. As far as I'm concerned, it's easy to reach them, so people don't want to endure a lot of hardship to fix their launch or dinner. For example, we can find a fast food store  every corner. Furthermore, they are not expensive. The big fast food companies have been serving people approximately every country. So, they have mass production. This situation reduces cost and gives chance to the company to save alot of money. Therefore, people opt this kind of food. For instance, a x menu and drink is 9.94 dollar in US. However a hot meal is more expensive than fast food. Also, they are delicious. As far as I know, fast food camponies have been using some special mixtures and spices to appeal to people. It's true that they are delicious but are they healty?
Second, fast foods are not healty because they have a lot of harmfull item such as fat, salt, and red meat. So, people eating fast food must burn these fats and get rid of this baleful stuff by walking in the street and doing some exercise. İf someone don't regard his practising, he will taste some bad situation. As a result, these harmful substance will cause high cholestrol and diabetes.
To sum up, people have enjoyed fast food because they are reachable, have reasonable cost and yummy. Nevertheles, they are not healty since they have some detrimental substances. Although they are tasty foods, we have to prefer more healtier foods to protect us.

So, My major is İslamic Studies; therefore, I chose an exremely important article  about the unique creator "Allah" who is our God. ALLAHWhat does the term “Allah” mean? The Arabic word Allah is a contraction of the words “al” and “ilah,”
and literally means “The God.” Believers in Islam understand the word ‘Allah’ to be the proper name for the Creator as found in the Qur’an. The name Allah is analogous to Eloh, a Semitic term found in the divine scriptures revealed to Muhammad’s predecessors Moses and Jesus (may peace be upon them all). The use of the term Allah is not confined to believers in Islam alone -Arabic- speaking Christians and Jews also use Allah in reference to God, demonstrating thereby that followers of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism believe in a common monotheistic Creator.

How is God viewed in Islam?The Qur’an, the divinely-revealed scripture of Islam, contains numerous verses describing the nature of God. The role of human beings as creations of God upon the earth and their relationship with God are also discussed extensively in the sacred text as is shown in the following verses:
“Say: He is God, the One, the Eternal, Absolute. He does not beget, nor is He begotten, and there is none like unto Him.” (Ihlas 112: 1-4)
“It is He who brought you forth from the wombs of your mothers when you knew nothing, and He gave you hearing and sight and intelligence and affections that you may give thanks.” (Nahl 16: 78)
“No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision. He is above all comprehension, yet is acquainted with all things.” (An’am 6: 103)
Muslims believe that God has no partners or associates who share in His divinity or authority. Muslims also believe that God is transcendent and unlike His creations, and thus has no physical form. Nor is God believed to exist in (or be represented by) any material object. A number of divine attributes or “names,” which serve to describe God, are found in the Qur’an. Some commonly known attributes include the Most Merciful, the Most Forgiving, the Most High, the Unique, and the Everlasting, among others.
In Islam, human beings, like other creations, are seen as completely unlike God, though they may aspire to exhibit various attributes manifested by God, such as justice or mercy. Furthermore, even while God is believed to be beyond traditional human perception, the Qur’an states:
“He is with you wherever you may be” (Hadid 57: 5).
For Muslims, God’s Oneness heightens the awareness that ultimately all life is bound by Divine Law emanating from a singular source and that life has a meaning and purpose which revolves around the consciousness of God’s presence.

Where is Allah?We know by experience that we can not perceive every being. For example, in darkness we can not see far more than a hundred metres, but we do not say that there is nothing beyond this distance. Similarly we are intelligent beings, but we can not see our reasons. Likewise, as we can not see the God, we can not say there is no God. A believer is sure that Allah, knows and sees everything and nobody can escape Allah’s ever-watchful eye for a single moment. In fact, Allah is nearer to us than our own jugular-vein. So, a true Believer does not commit a sin either secretly or in the darkness of night, nor does he feels himself alone wherever he is. Because the believer has the firm conviction that Allah sees everything all the time and He (Allah) is everywhere. This can be seen in the following verses:
“Allah is He who created seven firmaments and of the Earth a similar number. Through the midst of them descends His command that you may know that Allah has power over all things and that Allah comprehends all things in (His) knowledge.” (Talaq 65 :12)
“It was We who created man and We know what dark suggestions his soul, makes to him, for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular-vein.” (Qaf 50: 16)
We understand from these verses that Allah has created everything on Earth and in the Heavens for the service and comfort of humans.
“Allah is the Light of the Heavens and the Earth the parable of His light is as if there were a Niche and within it a lamp: the lamp enclosed in glass: Glass as it were a brilliant star... Allah sets forth parables for men and Allah knows all things.” (Nûr 24: 35)
God’s being the Light means that He is everywhere and nothing can escape from His existence. The desire to see God like other objects is a primitive way.
Once, a Bedouin was asked what made an unsophisticated man like him believe in Allah. Bedouin: “Do you see these marks in the sand?” Man: “Yes.” Bedouin: “What do they tell you?” Man: “A camel went by.” Bedouin: “Did you see the camel?” Man: “No, but these footprints in the sand suggest that a camel made them.”
Bedouin: “Do you see these mountains?”
Man: “Yes.”
Bedouin: “They are indicative to me that Allah made them.”
Imam Abu Hanifa was asked by an atheist: “What is the evidence pointing to the existence of Allah?” and he replied, “Forget it! At the moment, I am busy thinking about this ship. People tell me there is a big ship, it contains different goods on board. There is no one to steer it, no one maintaining it. Yet, this ship keeps going back and forth; it even traverses big waves on the oceans; it stops at the locations that it is supposed
to stop at; it continues in the direction that it is supposed to head.
This ship has no captain and no one planning its trips.”

The atheist who posed the question interrupted and exclaimed,
“What kind of strange and silly thought is this? How can any intelligent
person think that some thing like this can occur?”
Abu Hanifa said, “I feel sorry about your state! You can not imagine
one ship running without someone looking after its affairs; yet you
think that for this whole world, which runs exactly and precisely, there
is no one who looks after it, and no one owns it.”

Who controls the Universe?Allah is the Controller of the Universe. Because, the vast and majestic
universe with its flawless system clearly indicates that there is One
Creator and One Supreme Controller. As we look around in our environment,
we see that every family has a head; every school has a principal;
every city or town has a mayor. Moreover, we know beyond doubt
that every product is the work of a certain producer, and that every
beautiful art is the creation of some great artist. All this is obvious, yet
it does not satisfy the hunger for knowledge and the curiosity of man
about the great things in the world.
One often wonders at the beauties of nature with its scenic charms
and marvels; the almost endless horizons in the sky and their far-reaching
expansions; the ceaseless succession of day and night in the most
orderly manner; the course of the sun, the moon, and the great stars;
the world of animate and inanimate objects, the continuous process
and evolution of man generation after generation. One often wonders
because one would like to know the maker and maintainer of all these
things with which we live and which we immensely enjoy.
Can we find an explaination of the great universe? Is there any convincing
interpretation of the secret of existence? We realize that no city
can prosperously exist without sound administration. We also realize
that nothing comes into being on its own. In addition, we observe that
the universe exists and functions in the most orderly manner, and that
it has survived for hundreds of thousands of years.

When we think about the unique system of the world we find no
conflict in it. The Sun, the Moon and the Galaxy obey the same Supreme
Authority. Everything in the universe works in harmony and cooperation
like various parts of the human body. The limbs of the human body
seem to have different functions, but they all serve the same purpose.
Allah Almighty says in the Qur’an:
“If there were in the Heavens and on Earth other Gods besides
Allah there would be confusion in both.” (Anbiya 21: 22)
Can we, then, say that all this is accidental and haphazard? Can we
attribute the existence of man and the whole world to mere chance?
In the world, then, there must be a Great Force in action to keep
everything in order. In the beautiful nature there must be a Great Artist
who creates the most charming pieces of art and produces everything
for a special purpose in life. This force is the strongest of all forces, and
this Artist is the greatest of all artists.The true believers and deeply
enlightened people recognize this Artist and call Him Allah or God. They
call Him God because He is the Creator and the Chief Architect of the
world, the Originator of life and the Provider of all things in existence.
God signifies his creation and providence over universe in the following
verses:
“And We have made, above you, seven tracts (paths of motion in
the visible heavens) and we are never unmindful of (our) creation.”
(Mu’minûn 23: 17)
“It is Allah who sustains the Heavens and the Earth, lest they
cease (to function) and if they should fail, there is none can sustain
them thereafter: verily He is most forbearing and forgiving.”
(Fât›r 35: 41)

My experience

Humankind have been triying to solve their problems for centuries. Everbody has had some difficulties since he was born like learning to walk, understanding hardships, listening and speaking troubles. To tell the truth, I had some hard conditions like taking care of children, gaining knowledge about my major while I'm leaning English and managing a big family etc. I think I have another big problem that I have to deal with. This advertisy is lack of listening skills in English. Assuredly, several reasons may lead to this situation.
First of all, Turkish educating sytem about lerning English is based on grammer and reading book. Maybe, this is one reason contributing to lack of my listening skills. İn Turkey, everbody studies English as a second language from Elemantary school. However, no body can speak English. The vital reason why is sytem promlems. From the four grade, students have to learn English grammer in addition read basic story. But no body might notice listening skills. For example, so far I could not have listened an English conversation about social life. Besides, I have not watched an English movie to enhance my listening skills during my college education. I've just read and learned grammer. I think this is a wonderful pattern for lack of method for teaching English. Fortunately, Turkish goverment gave up this methods. Finally, they could understand students needed to improve not only grammer and reading, but also listening and speking.  İn my oppinion, they were supposed to change their medhod twenty years ago but they could not. Nevertheles, this is a good news for my son and daughter.
Second, I was very busy for learning English. When I graduated from the Unv., I got married. Next, I had a child. I had to take care my child during my master aducation. To tell the truth, it is too hard to learn English during gaining money and other knowledge. I think after learning English I would rather to get married. So, I wish I couldn't get married before my Education. To tell the truth, I don't have to regret because I have a good family. Besides, I had pHD. Now, I'm struggling to owercome this obstacle. I know, I had better to watch English movie and listen conservation.
Last, I'm too old to speak and understand English correctly. You know, it is nesesstiy for Education to start education earlier. Therefore, my kids are kidding me about my pronounsation. İn my class, my frends were amazed when I said I did not understand. Hence, İf I had known this, I could have solved my problems.
To sum up, My listening problem has been challenging me because of several reason. However, I know that if I struggle to overcome this obstacle, I can accomlish this.

Advices to my friends who will study abroad.

Hello my friend,
I heard you are going to come to the US to learn English. I've been there studying English for five months. Now, I'm attending the ELI at the Hartford University. Therefore, I want to share my opinion about studying in  America with you. It's important that you have some ideas about education and life in the US before coming here. I think you'd better follow my advice because they are extremely crucial experiences.
First of all, you have to make a decision about your major. After that you should choose your city and university because every state has its own rules and living conditions. Also, every university follows different types of education methods and some of them are very expensive, like private universities.
Second, you have to make some preparations before coming here. So, you can check your grammar notes before taking a placement test. It's necessary for everyone to take this exam because it will determine your English level. Meanwhile, you have to enhance your listening skills since you need them. Also, you have to progress your writing ability because every university expects you to write academically. I think you do not have to worry about your speaking talent because to enhance this aspect you should stay here.
Last, you must not forget to bring your documents with you like passport, financial guarantee, I-20 form, and credit card. Hence, you have to check your bank account whether it has enough money or not. You have to take cash with you because some emergency situation can occur. In addition, I must tell you rules about flying and jet lag. You have to be sure you don't bring any food and liquid in your handbag because it's forbidden. Besides, you have to notice the time difference between your country and America. In parallel with, you can feel jet lag. To surpass this bad situation, you have to try to rest and sleep on board. I was born in Ankara, the capital of Turkey in 1975. I raised on several cities such as Çankırı, Muğla, Ankara, and Diyarbakır because of my father job. He was teacter at that time, now he works at University of Van as a assistant Proffessor. I attended several elemantery school in diverse cities and graduated Toplarlar Elemantary School in 1985-1986. After that I registered to Koycegiz Middele thelogical school which was called İmam-Hatip Lisesi and completed this school.
After I graduated from high school called "Van İmam Hatip Lisesi", I studied İslamic Sdudies at the Divinity Faculty, University of Marmara and graduated in 1998. Newt, I got Master degree from the Universty of Van in 2002 and PhD from the University of Ankara in İslamic Studies especially in İslamic Law in 2008.
I started working as an assistant at University of Van from 1999 to 2002. After that I worked as a teacher in Ankara from 2002 to 2003. After that I changed my institute and started working as a preacher in Ankara at Turkish Religious Affairs in 2003. After a short time, I started to study at The Education Center for Preacher and Mufti in Konya during thirty months. When I comleted this education in 2006, I was appointed as a Prison Preacher in Çankırı in 2006. After that I won the teacher exam at that institute and started working as a Techer of Leader (İmam).
Now, I am working as an expert of religious affairs at High Council of Turkis Religious Affairs. I answer the question of Turkish citizen or other question about İslam and İslamic Studies by e-mail. In addition this, I write respons of mail. Besides, I researh about İslamic law for the Presidency of Turkish Religious Affairs.
I've been studying English at ELI for four months. In addition, I'm taking a course as a auditor from Hartford Seminary. After I finish my English course on May, I plan to register Hartford Seminary to study "İslamic Chaplaincy Program". To tell the truth, because I'm a scholarship student, I have to prapare a thesis about chaplaincy.
My basic purpuse is to learn English academically; therefore I take some other courses as a auditor in Cenrall Connecticut State University and Noah Public Library.
So far, I've stayed in the US for five months. In addition these periods, I intend to study in the US approximately for one year. After that, I have to return to my country, Turkey, since my studying term is ending at that time.
I hope we'll benefit from the US.
I wrote four academic essay that were published in refereed academic journal about İslamic Law, Quran, Zaydiya, Mutazila, and Cafariyya.  
For examle;
1. Interaction in Usul al-Fıqh between Zaydiyya and Mutazila
2. Understanding of İnnocence (al-Masumiyya) between Cafariyya- Zaydiyya and its influences in Usul al-Fıqh
3. Quran and its interpratation (Delalet) in Zaydi Undestanding.
Besides these, I wrote approximately more than twenty article about İslam, Quran, Yemen and İslamic Culture.
I'm planning to take associate profesor degree in İslamic Studies.
